The iPAC-18CS 18000 BTU console air conditioning unit, has been designed for applications where a floor standing indoor unit, would be more suitable than having a standard wall mounted indoor unit.
The idea of a console air conditioning unit, is so that you can situate the indoor unit on the floor, or the lower wall; and the slim design of the indoor part, means that they don't take up a lot of space inside the room where they are going to be situated.
Please note that these pre gassed console air conditioning units will also heat the room when required.
