Around 95% of the products on this website are delivered next working day if ordered before 2pm; with FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS THAT ARE OVER £100 EXC VAT.
There are a few products, which can take up to 3 working days to be delivered.
We will always e-mail order confirmation once an order has been placed, advising of the delivery date of the order; and also included in this e-mail will be a copy of your VAT receipt for your purchase.
If you would like to know the exact delivery day for a particular product, before placing an order online; or just after placing an order; please phone or e-mail and we will advise you straight away of when you will receive your goods.
It is also possible for us to arrange for an item to be delivered on a specific day of your choice, between Monday to Friday; as we understand that it is not possible to be in all the time.
In the instance that you would like an item to arrive on a certain day, of your choice, please send an e-mail requesting the delivery date that you would like, or phone to arrange this.
Please be aware that any orders for delivery to the highlands and islands part of the UK, including the Isle Of Man and Inverness could incur an added carriage surcharge, depending on the weight of the goods and the destination postcode.

Q: Can I return an unwanted item, or an item, ordered by mistake, which is still new and unused?
A: Yes, of course. We offer a simple no hassle returns on our products, provided that we have been notified within 14 working days from the date of delivery.

A: We except all major credit and debit cards through the site; and we also offer PayPal as on option too, on the checkout page.
We also, have a simple, fast, easy checkout process, where you can checkout, without having to register an account.
There is an option for customers to register on this website; but that is only optional. The reason some people decide to register, an open an account is if they are using the website regularly, and want to be able to view back through their purchase history at previous orders.
