The Midea MMCS-12HRN8-QRD0 12000 BTU PortaSplit mobile air conditioning unit; is a portable air conditioning unit, which has an outdoor unit, and offers similar performance to that of a standard wall split air conditioning system.
The PortaSplit unit basically solves the weaker cooling issues that traditional portable air conditioning units have; due to the fact that the PortaSplit units are supplied with an outdoor unit; which means that there is no need for hot air to get dispersed via a flexible hose hanging out of the window; it is simply dispersed via a heat exchanger, which means that there is no hot air to pump out.
The unit can be used all year round, as it also offers a heating mode, and has Smart App control, where you can monitor the operation, as well as energy usage too.
These Porta-Split units are easy to set up, and require no professional setup or installation, and have Google and Alexa WiFi options.
